Mudlick Hollow truly deserves to be ranked on our top list of Hauntings in Pennsylvania. This place is really creepy and scary especially at night. It is believed that in the early 19th century, some kind of spell struck a young couple who had just arrived from their wedding in a horse-drawn carriage.

The young couple suffered serious injuries and died immediately. You can imagine how painful it is to slowly die next to your newlywed girlfriend who is also groaning in pain.

Anyway, nowadays, the locals claim that fog appears on this section of the road. At night you can hear the sound of an approaching horse-drawn carriage. As the procession approaches, it stops instantly followed by the sound of a crash and shouts. After this, all is silent and the mist lifts. Phew!
