Oman is a calm and peaceful place to vacation. One of the most popular cities is Muscat Governorate, which is the capital of Oman. Oman is also an Arab country and has dress codes. I would not recommend staying in a budget hotel in a foreign country. Most of Oman’s citizens speak English and it is a fairly modern Arab country.

You cannot get away from the five star hotels in Muscat. The Chedi Muscat is another well-known five-star hotel. The hotel has one- and two-story suites with lush gardens and a large pool area. This hotel is more in the center, but you will have to take a taxi from the airport to reach it. Breakfast is served daily for free. This hotel also offers free Wi-Fi for its guests. The rooms feature many amenities such as an espresso machine, DVD player, iPad dock, refrigerator, and large storage areas, and are decorated in an Asian style. Rates range from $466 to $700.
