Every woman’s dream is to look her best on her wedding day. And it is quite amazing that every woman, regardless of her size, complexion and height, looks her best on this very important day. However, in this age when thinness is in, the search for the miraculous wedding diet continues with renewed fervor.

A survey of brides’ body image conducted by You & Your Wedding magazine revealed that 91% of those surveyed intend to lose weight for their wedding.
