Dubious NFL lines in week 13

nfl Cincinnati Bengals at San Diego Chargers [+1, 46.5]

It’s very strange that most outsiders still give the San Diego Chargers so much love. The San Diego Chargers haven’t won a single game since the last week of September and to top it off, they had 3 straight losses in their previous games. It’s now Week 13 in the National Football League regular season and it looks like the starting lineup for the San Diego Chargers as the 1-point hometown favorite in this upcoming Sunday game impulsively bet on the Chargers. +1.

If you look at it, that’s a pretty generous move when you consider Bolt’s previous mistakes and that the Cincinnati Bengals are one of the popular teams this season after they beat the New York Giants 3 weeks ago. The Bengals had already been victorious for 3 straight ATS and SU. Even if two of three of their wins came from Oakland and Kansas City, the Cincinnati Bengals still deserve more respect.

New York Giants at Washington Redskins [+1,51]

The New York Giants had already put together their most impressive 38-10 winning game during Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers who snapped a two-game losing streak.

However, the books were opened and they only gave the New York Giants only as small favorites against the Washington Redskins. The defending Super Bowl champions should have opened as high as -2.5, yet multiple books give the New York Giants just -1.

The New York Giants defeated the Washington Redskins during Week 7. Wide receiver VĂctor Cruz made it so that, in the last minutes of the game, he took the victory for his team with a score of 27-23 favoring the New York Giants. Reviewing what happened in the game, the Washington Redskins coughed up the ball 4 times during the second half and a fumble during the last 29 seconds that made a comeback.

Now, Washington had back-to-back division wins against the Dallas Cowboys in week 12 and the Philadelphia Eagles in week 11. Quarterback Robert “RG3” Griffin III has put on a show during Washington Redskins games. RG3 will have to deal with the New York Giants’ frenetic pass rush that saw Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers fumble 5 times and force a fumble in the final minutes of the game.
