Minor problems?

Like all KSC gas powered airsoft pistols, the 18c must be heated to function efficiently. This is the usual problem with other gas firearms. If the gun is exposed to cold temperatures, the gas freezes. The gun must warm up to room temperature, approximately 2-3 minutes before it can be fired again.

The Glock 18c fires slower when approaching idle, but this has now been resolved. Still, there are complaints about the metal slide, which cracks easily after prolonged use. Once again, the manufacturer has a new line to add to KSC airsoft guns. The newer Glock 18 will have a metal slide to fix the problem.

The KSC Glock 26c is another lethal baby of KSC airsoft pistols. This gas blowback can switch from semi-automatic to fully automatic with a staggering 250fps. You can shoot a target 40 feet away. One drawback is the slide again. In this pistol, the slide gets out of control. The remedy is to realign the spring. If this happens during a skirmish, it would be unfortunate.

Another option is the KSC Steyr tactical automatic pistol. Shooting at 310 to 330 fps with a silencer gives you an added advantage over your opponents. This pistol looks stingy, but the brittle cocking grip pulls it down.
