The Acai berry and pomegranates are two of the most talked about superfoods in the health food industry. Both are an amazing natural source of many important vitamins and minerals. Many of the benefits derived from these two fruits are based on their antioxidant power, which is why Acai occupies that category without a doubt. The energy boost is very useful for almost everyone, so it helps make it the most complete superfood. The only advantage pomegranates have is their ability to protect cartilage and prevent arthritis.
