Have you caught fatitis?

1.6 billion people worldwide suffer from this deadly disease. 1.6 billion people are overweight, obese or morbidly obese and die from it.

If humans are genetically programmed to be lean machines, how did we get to this point?

If by the law of nature, a skinny human is a healthy human, then a fat human is a sick human.

Do you know someone who is overweight? Excess body fat is a sign that your body is not healthy. It is not in its natural state.

Have you ever seen a fat newborn baby? Some are a bit heavier than others, but not fat. This is because we are designed to be slim.

Children only get fat as a result of the food they are given, and adults only get fat as a result of the food they choose to eat.

But if we are meant to be skinny, why do so many people struggle to stay skinny?

In the thousands of years that we have been inhabiting this planet, we have evolved. However, research shows that we have only evolved about 1 percent. However, with that 1% we have caused everything around us to evolve at a ridiculously fast rate.

During this evolution, we decided to minimize the intake of our main fuel, the life force that keeps us alive, lean and healthy. We invent new “foods”. Prepackaged, precooked, canned, fortified, low-fat, fat-free, dietetic, chemicalized…death cocktails.

Somehow we convinced ourselves that chips, cookies, chocolates and shots are always better than vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, meat and fish.

However, it was the moment we stopped eating the latter that we began to put on weight.

We’ve missed out on so much that now billions of people around the world say they don’t know what to do to lose weight. That it is very difficult, and that they have tried everything, without success.

We all know that if we put the wrong kind of gasoline in the car, it won’t run for very long or it won’t run at all. It decomposes.

Yet we are a broken planet that keeps putting the wrong fuel in our tanks, all the while wondering why we are fat, tired, lethargic, moody, depressed, and increasingly sick.

So much for our intelligence…

Would you catch the flu virus on purpose? Or deliberately break his own leg?

No. Yet we continue to feed on poison and wonder why we look fat and feel sick.

It is no mystery. The cure for our fatitis has been obvious all along, but we have chosen to ignore it.

We have arms and legs because we are supposed to move, and we have a land that produces everything we need to eat. No need to mess with it.

So, if you’ve been struggling to lose or maintain your weight, try to eat what you’re supposed to eat and move how you’re supposed to move, and don’t be surprised to find that you’re the ideal shape and size sooner than you think. expected. can blink.
