Choose a QUALITY real estate agent
Although, for most of us, our home represents our single largest financial asset, when it comes to buying or selling it, the vast majority of people seem to choose their real estate agent/representative in a somewhat haphazard way. Wouldn’t we be better off if we hired a real QUALITY agent, and proceeded, with the necessary degree of consideration, to make a decision, which best served our best personal interests? With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is a logical, meaningful and important consideration.
1. Search; Questions: Thoroughly interview potential agents and discover their search, approach, and reasoning. Only when a client asks the most relevant questions will there be the best potential hire, the individual, who will best serve their best interests!
two. Useful; unique; urgent: What unique services and values does one agent offer that another cannot offer to the same extent? Are these qualities and services really useful? Will the person you hire push you to move in the best possible direction?
3. Attitude; fitness; attention; articulate: A real estate transaction, and the period leading up to it, is often stressful, and therefore your agent must possess a true, positive, can-do attitude. This must be combined with the best skill set and the development of a relevant aptitude, which best meets your needs and produces desirable results! Will the person you choose pay close attention to you and your needs, rather than her own self-interest? Hire someone who is able to clearly articulate the best message to accomplish your purposes!
Four. Listen; to learn; major: When interviewing potential agents, see if they clearly hear what you’re saying, rather than interrupting and mouthing some self-serving, pre-planned message. Great representation comes from learning what you need and guiding you in the right direction!
5. Integrity; ideals; ideas; imagination: The single most important issue is hiring only someone who consistently maintains absolute integrity, even when it may be inconvenient! Are their ideals based on and aligned with yours? Does the individual have the level of imagination developed, to provide the best ideas, to meet the needs and best interests of him?
6. Prompt; trends: The real estate agent you hire must understand and utilize the best relevant trends, and have the self-confidence and ability to proceed with timely and well-considered action.
7. Yes; your; yours: It should be an agent’s priority to say yes, to your best interests, even when it may be challenging! This person must maintain his loyalty to you!
Hire a real estate agent, who will provide you with the best QUALITY! Proceed carefully and protect yourself and your financial and personal assets!
